Customer Service Improvement Coordinator (m/f)

Place of work: Karlovac, Field work, Work from home

Your successes will include:

  • identifying and leading cross-functional solutions to improve service to the customers from order to delivery
  • implementing Logistics Trade Terms in agreement with the Customers, ensuring the optimal balance of service and cost
  • identifying and leading order to cash improvement initiatives to ensure seamless experience to our customers
  • building, implementing & managing customer’s bonus/malus structure to ensure continuous relationship improvement
  • simplifying internal processes from order to deliver
  • introducing breakthrough digital solutions in logistics and customer service

Experience required:

  • 5-7 of years of relevant experience
  • customer improvement projects

Skills required:

  • ability to effectively work cross-functionally
  • negotiation & customer relationship management skills
  • E2E Supply Chain knowledge
  • financial, economic and commercial understanding
  • KPIs reporting
  • data driven problem solving
  • English language
  • driving licence
