Opis poslaWe are looking for a Service Sales Specialist, responsible for preparation of technical and commercial solution proposals and sales of Service Electrification Business portfolio.
- In this role you will be a part of Service Sales Electrification Business Organization, working in a dynamic environment
with continuous development possibilities.
The main tasks will be:
- To promote customer understanding of ABB Service portfolio offering, and provide suitable solutions in order to ensure a positive customer
experience throughout the sales process
- Selling products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned business units/product groups.
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full
product/systems/ services offering and aligning to provide a solution, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and identifying digital sales opportunities, promoting
digital solutions to customers.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting collection, project management activities when needed
- Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including technical solutions, prices and commercial terms and conditions

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree of Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Strong sales competency like digital capability & knowhow, should have experience and knowledge of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage systems and solutions
- Skills like strong learning ability, customer orientation, good sense of responsibility and personal integrity required
- Must be result driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills and be good at team work
- High energy, well organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of Croatian and English language is mandatory
