CRM Technical Lead (m/f)
Zagreb
To support analysis and configuration of the CRM (Customer Service) platform. With focus on helping the Customer Service team in delivering a positive experience to its customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Create custom reports via CRM (SQL)
- Leading CRM related projects and tasks
- Configure and maintain new Customer Service flows
- Implement best practices regarding user interaction with Salesforce
- Assist in automating repeatable tasks using Flows and Drag & Drop Process Builder
- Manage custom field / objects, complex workflow rules, record types, data validation, page layouts,
- Technical Lead in the integration of third-party system to our Salesforce CRM
- Support of functional documentation
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- High-Level understanding of ETL processes
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL
- High-Level knowledge of web technologies and CRM Systems
- Experience with Email/SMS drip campaigns and Digital Marketing
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role (CRM system or Digital Marketing) is a plus
- Experience working on CRM systems from a technical, analyst point of view
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Platform would be a plus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Able to write and speak in clear English
