Head of Production (m/f)

For our client, an international leading Food & Beverage manufacturing company in its field, we are currently searching for an ambitious and motivated individual for the position:

Head of Production (m/f)

Location: Slavonija

Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring and coordinating the production process
• Implementing improvements and optimizing the production process
• Organizing the introduction of new materials, products, processes, and equipment
• Authorized to sign technological documentation related to the work of the department
• Determining quality control standards
• Participating in the design of processes and production lines, development of technological bases
• Monitoring and evaluating work effectiveness
• Preparing and maintaining production reports, as well as annual, monthly, and weekly plans
• Organizing and supervising the work of the department in accordance with the requirements of the DPP and the standards for which production is certified
• Managing employees and approving the weekly schedule
• Participating in the preparation of the Workplace Hazard Assessment
• Responsible for periodic inspections of the work
• Ensuring collaboration between relevant departments, including procurement, distribution, and management
• Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

Required skills, knowledge, and experience:

• University degree (in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role
• “Hands-on” mentality
• Solution-oriented and analytical mindset
• Open-minded and flexible individual
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Driving license (B)
