Production & Materials Planner (m/f)

This position coordinates production, purchasing and sales and provides leadership, direction and ensures strategic deployment of materials management within the IMS (Integrated Modular Solutions) line of business and its Manufacturing Sites and its production line(s). This role will also be the conduit for big project ensuring early material and resource planning. On the strategy side this function will work with Procurement and Logistics to set material plans (a plan for each item) driven by the market need of Finish Good and Commodity strategy.

This key position operates in a matrix organizational structure and works closely with Sales Operations and Demand Management, Procurement and Logistics and the specific line of business.

Essential job functions:
- Performs Monthly SI&OP reviews with demand management
- Factory master planning (material forecast and resource planning)
- Special project (SFA) long lead time material planning
- Monthly backlog and delivery planning
- Weekly backlog reviews
- Inventory Planning
- Material Strategies (a plan for each item/delivery frequency)
- KPI review (RDSL, PDSL, ITO, etc.) including corrective actions

Uvjeti

- BS degree, Engineering or Business Management
- Minimum 4-5 years with increasing responsibilities within Operations and Materials
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Computer and software applications skills required
- Advance Manufacturing Training/Experience will be advantage (Lean Six Sigma)
- Proactive and high-energy style
- Availability for 20 % travel
