Pauza.hr, is now looking for its passionate team member who will guide, support and grow Pauza. From the Sales representative position, you will directly impact how our business grows, succeeds and helps us shape our future!

Sales representative (m/f)
Zagreb

Responsibilities:

  • Daily contact of potential partners
  • Proactive market expansion
  • Conduct business reviews with potential partners and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share
  • Present, promote and sell products and services for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals
  • Providing excellent service and support in order to build a strong relationship and resolving operational issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
  • Proactively expand relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet goals
  • Regular monitoring of daily results and success of realized orders
  • Regular monitoring of restaurant activities on the Pauza.hr service (changes in price lists and menus, activity on the Pauza.hr service)
  • Educating partners about using the service
  • Monitoring and measuring the success of implemented activities
  • Timely notification of other departments about changes in the status of the restaurant
  • Cooperation with other departments in order to improve the service business

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivational and target driven orientation
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create presentations for our clients
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Fluency in English is welcomed
