On behalf of our Client, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional for the position of:
Commercial Head Oncology/Hematology Croatia and Slovenia (m/f)

Responsible for setting the vision, defining the Business Unit (BU) strategy, ensuring execution of brand and key account plans to achieve the therapeutic area’s goals.
Lead the ONCO/ Hem team and other cross-functional teams to deliver superior patient experience, exceed key customer’s expectations and become best-in-class.
Ensure sales & marketing strategies are deployed within the assigned market.
Develop and deploy successful access, reimbursement, and pricing strategies to optimize the value of products as recognized by payers, patients, pharmacists and physicians.
Own P&L responsibility for the business unit ensuring the achievement of key financial targets.
Support the compliance directives, legal requirements, internal regulations, company strategies as well as corporate philosophy.
Accountable for financial & strategic planning, account engagement planning and management, project management & cross-functional cooperation, patient/customer activities, administration, monitoring and controlling.
Drive talent and top performing team culture.
Science-related graduate degree with postgraduate qualifications in economics, healthcare policy or other relevant business qualification.
Academic or professional scientific background is a plus.
Croatian native speaker with fluent verbal and written communication in English.
Strong understanding of the environment and business model in ONCO/ Hem field
Proficient in building and managing a KAM business model in the marketplace.
Leadership engagement in developing the broadest possible range of talents.
