Senior Sales Consultant (m/f)
Zagreb

Reports To:

  • CEO

Language Skills:

  • English C1, German B1 – bonus but not mandatory

Professional Skills:

  • Proven sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Education (min):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.

Role Description:

  • Business development of new clients
  • Account management of a dedicated portfolio of our clients - daily communication with clients, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, building solid relationships with clients, etc.
  • Communicating with customers on a daily basis, emails and follow-up, LinkedIn, video calls
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
  • Researching and qualifying new leads
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets acquire business
  • Develop and grow existing pipeline
  • Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers
  • Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans
  • Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals

Competences:

  • Previous experience in direct sales ISAM, software, SAAS etc.
  • Solid communication skills
  • Excellent level of English (B2)
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience in direct sales environment on an international level

  • Teaming and Gravitas: To ensure success in his/her field the person need a high level of social competence being a team player and needs gravitas in the presentation towards customers, colleagues and superior management
