Administration and Customer Service Specialist for Bulgarian market (m/f) - Novigrad
- Main Customer Care support for Bulgarian market, B2B
- Process different type of interactions via tool green number and email
- Receiving and processing orders of goods, warranties and returns
- Following delivery of the goods
- Managing all needed supported documentation (shipments, invoices, credit notes,..)
- Various necessary queries at the superior’s request
- Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian language - as the basic prerequisite;
- Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Italian language is an advantage
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet and Outlook);
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- A friendly, impartial and flexible approach to work related tasks;
- Customer Care orientated
- Working experience on the same or similar position (a preferable requirement)
