International Regulatory Affairs Manager (m/f)
Dechra is an international specialist veterinary pharmaceuticals products business. Our expertise is in the development, manufacture, and sales and marketing of high-quality products exclusively for veterinarians worldwide.
The primary purpose of the Regulatory Affairs Manager will be to lead and grow the International Regulatory Affairs team, delivering its strategic goals and driving technical excellence.
To provide leadership, coaching and technical expertise in International regulatory affairs
To oversee delivery of International registrations in line with business strategy
To drive strategic development of core International submissions to support the commercial business strategy
To be the primary interface between RA International and International Sales teams
To drive compliance and business improvements ensuring all international activities are captured in Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS) and documentation filed according to Dechra procedures
To oversee delivery and maintenance of a searchable database of minimum regulatory data needs by International country
To drive International RA input into Product Development projects (NCEs, generics and extensions)
To ensure that management are kept informed of key issues and achievements
Travel may be required (<10%)
University degree in chemistry, veterinary medicine, chemical engineering, medicine, pharmaceutics biochemistry, or related disciplines
At least 7 years regulatory affairs experience
Experience of International Regulatory Affairs
Fluency in written and oral English
Proficient computer skills
Communication and presentation skills
Leadership skills (motivation, communication, leadership, processes and changes management)
Strategic thinking and creative problem solving
