Human Resource Manager (m/f)

Content of work:

  • recruitment and selection of new employees through various channels – connections networking
  • managing recruitment through agencies, various universities and Career days’ in Balkan countries
  • responsible for hiring processes in the company
  • preparing budgets related to staffing and other reporting
  • in charge for onboarding all levels of hotel employees
  • applies effective techniques of finding, selecting and interviewing new candidates
  • prepares employment contracts, warnings and decisions related to employment contracts, as well as their dismissals
  • organizes the necessary trainings and coordinates initiatives for learning and development of all employees
  • develops company standards and programs
  • controls daily, weekly and monthly work schedules of employees in all hotel departments
  • conducts weekly inspections of overtime work in all departments (sends information to department heads)
  • conducts a monthly check of working time records
  • with the accounting department performs preparatory actions for the calculation of salaries
  • reviews current HR technologies and suggests measures to improve performance
  • monitors and evaluates the work of employees and prepares a schedule for the next season with department heads
  • handles employee complaints
  • communicates with former, current and future employees for the purpose of collecting documents and personal information
  • keeping up to date with changes in payroll and labor legislation
  • fostering a culture of growth, development and performance whilst reflecting and promoting the company culture and values
  • performs other tasks as ordered by the general manager

Responsibilities:

  • responsible for timely, correct and quality execution of tasks and delegated tasks
  • responsible for the quality of service and products
  • responsible for ensuring the success of business activities in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • ensuring adherence and compliance to all legislation

Required qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the same position
  • Bachelors or University degree
  • Experienced in recruitment and selection, previous experience in hospitality sector is an advantage
  • Knowledge of local labor law and other legislation related to employment
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office software
  • Active knowledge of English in speech and writing
  • Highly developed managerial, organizational and communication skills
  • High level of engagement
  • Tendency to take responsibility
  • Focus on achieving the highest business standards
