We are looking for:
Consultant / Agent for Luxury Residences and Resorts (m/f), Zagreb, Croatia

We have an open spot for a motivated, detail-oriented, and down-to-earth individual with communication and sales experience. This position is for a person who builds relationships quickly, loves working with people and believes in creating WIN-WIN deals. You will join the team in developing a new service line within a fast-paced, collaborative and supportive environment in one of the most recognisable real estate brands worldwide.

In addition, you should:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in sales, bonus if as a real estate agent in the residential and/or second-home market
  • Be a native Croatian speaker with excellent English language skills, ability to communicate clearly and decisively with clients (in writing and verbally); knowledge of other languages is a bonus
  • Show entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity and negotiation skills
  • Be prepared on working out of office / travel
  • Be able to work effectively, efficiently and independently, and as a part of the team
  • Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Own a valid driving license B category

Discover your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value and be able to talk intelligently on comparables
  • Always show expertise and stay up to date with local market prices, transactions and activities including information about non-real estate — culture, clubs, art and recreational opportunities in the community
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Develop content for sales presentations and other materials
  • Create and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote properties
  • Create, maintain and update listings of available properties with property information, key features and amenities
  • Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective buyers
  • Accompany potential buyers during visits and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
  • Facilitate intermediate negotiation processes on prices or other sales terms, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Manage necessary paperwork (contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, etc.)
  • Develop a network and cooperate with attorneys, appraisers, mortgage lenders, home inspectors and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are met before closing dates
  • Coordinate property closing and review purchase contracts, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds
  • Build a network of contacts and generate leads
  • Keep following the latest luxury technology products
  • Maintain your real estate license and remain knowledgeable about real estate markets, trends in buyer sentiments and best practices
