Payroll and Administration Specialist (m/f)

Currently we are looking for:

Payroll and Administration Specialist (m/f)

Job place: Zagreb

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing data for payroll (salaries and other income and benefits), validating and performing support for external payroll provider
  • Maintaining personnel files and other documents for legal purpose (employment contracts, contract extension, work certificates)
  • Administration of all employee benefits (medical coverage, insurance, sport benefits etc.)
  • Processing changes in employees’ employment lifecycle (new hire, transfer, termination, time & attendance, benefits, payroll)
  • Preparing payroll monthly reports (monthly salary reports, records of payments and refunds...)
  • Managing and archiving HR documentation (contracts, certificates etc.)
  • Monitoring of all relevant legal regulations related to Labour law and Personal Income Tax or any other legal regulation which may impact related area

REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification level in Economics / Law
  • Fluency (written & spoken) in Croatian and English languages
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll administration
  • Working in the “Pantheon” program is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Personal organization – highly organized with excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Detail and numbers oriented, person that can be entrusted with highly sensitive information
  • Good communication skills, self-discipline and positive attitude to teamwork
  • Proficiency in MS Office; digital competencies are advantage
  • Attention to details and analytical thinking
