Place of work:

  • Zagreb

Sales Manager will be responsible for:

 
  • Develops plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Responsible for achieving annual sales volume
  • Dealer network representation and potential candidates selection
  • Proposing and implementing new sales programs, along with follow-ups and administration
  • Managing the whole cycle of B2B sales
  • Recognizing a place for improvement, creating and agreeing on the action plan for the dealer
  • Implementing and auditing Mazda standards at the dealerships
  • Communication with local distributors including regular visits
  • Research the market and competitors’ activities
 

Person specification:

  • Skilled in the automotive business
  • Relevant experience in sales or marketing roles for at least five years
  • Outstanding overview on business, with the excellent market knowledge
  • Capable of recognizing the indications of sales for marketing, aftermarket, finance
  • Excellent understanding of B2B environment, capable of proposing and implementing various programs in that area
  • Familiar with the used car market

  • Sparkling sales drive visible in everyday activities
  • Initiative personality and independent work style
  • High self-confidence, open communication, honesty
  • Leadership and management skills expressed
  • State-of-the-art negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and comfortable with using multiple MS office tools
  • Readiness and ability to travel
  • University degree
