Opis posla

We are looking for you!

For the operational support of our office in Zagreb, we are looking to fill the position of an Office Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

- You are the first contact person for employees and managers regarding organizational aspects
- You manage business correspondence with service providers and authorities
- You proactively manage the day-to-day business incl. incoming mail, e-mail & phone calls
- You organize the ordering of office equipment
- You take care of preparatory accounting (e.g. manage the cash book and document invoices)
- You plan and organize meetings, events and employee trainings
- You are responsible for entering information into database or content management systems
- You ensure the paperless office via document management and digitalization

Uvjeti

- You have substantial work experience or a degree in business administration, human resources management, organizational psychology or a comparable qualification
- You are enthusiastic about overall business processes and can rely on profound expert knowledge or know where to find it
- You are self-initiated, proactive and enjoy working on different challenges and communicate confidently across all management levels
- You impress with your authentic personality, you stand out due to your structured, careful and independent way of working and you like to work in a team
- You have the talent to bring in quality as a final touch to your tasks or to check other people's work
- You have business communication skills in English
- German as language just as an asset but not as necessarily required
- You are confident in dealing with digital products, you are advanced in working with all MS Office applications

Sveučilišni prvostupnik (business administration, Human Resources Management , organizational psychology)

Potrebne godine iskustva:

Jezici:

Engleski (razina govora - napredno, razina pisma - napredno), Hrvatski (razina govora - materinji jezik, razina pisma - materinji jezik), Njemački (razina govora - prednost, razina pisma - prednost)

Vještine:

Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Office
