Junior Export Sales Specialist (m/f)

Job description:
- Creating and updating orders registry and proposals
- Preparing orders confirmations and trade agreements
- Keeping daily contact with customers
- Reporting and preparing analyses regarding received orders
- Receiving complaints and invoicing
- Supporting Sales Representatives
What we expect from you:
- Experience in sales support / customer service
- Customer oriented attitude (Interest in working in a client-facing, business-oriented capacity)
- English and Italian language knowledge is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SAP System is nice to have
- Good computer skills (especially MS Excel)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Hungarian, Bulgarian, Albanian and/or Greek language would be considered as an advantage
