JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Define group Supply Chain strategy, policies, rules, standards and behaviours (written inside booklet)
- Definition of clear SC KPIs - then deployment among the plants
- Inventories
- OTD (On-time delivery)
- OTIF (On-time and In-full delivery)
- LOGISTIC
- Group Supply Chain management and system implementation
- Definition and implementation of:
- SIOP (sales and operational plan) at group and plant level
- MPS (master planning scheduling) at group and plant level
- Global / site leadership alignment, supporting SC culture mindset shift (from reactive to proactive
- Implement best practises and lead continuous improvement projects
- Continuous training and support for SC network inside the plants
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5 years’ experience either as Group or as Plant SC Manager
- Proven experience working inside SC network
- Language: Croatian and English
- Appropriate Degree
