Maintenance Planner (m/f/o)

Key responsibilities:

• Leading machinery maintenance plans preparation, updating and executing plans
• Leading machinery maintenance budgeting of maintenance plans; calculating the preventive maintenance budget (asset based)
• Planning/preparing and scheduling work orders with a future focused mind-set and in such a way that work orders will be executed in compliance to quality requirements
• Reviewing tags (work requests) for quality and priority (gatekeeping)
• Planning & preparing work orders (scope, tasks, resources, materials, tools)
• Managing task lists
• Requesting materials in line with the inventory and supply work processes
• Managing tools for maintenance execution
• Scheduling work orders (considering downtime, part- and services availability)
• Managing spare parts store
• Responsible for planning & scheduling in such a way the overall predictability and reliability of planned maintenance is maximized; i.e. maximum Key Performance Indicators plan-efficiency
• Key Performance Indicators: maintenance plan- on time in full, tags closure time, breakdown %
• Scope: all brewery machinery

Skills required:

• Mechanical engineer
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Work experience in the corrective-preventive maintenance module of the SAP (or similar) system
• Problem solving skills
• Use of English and German language
• Flexibility, willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams
