On behalf of our client, WHIRLPOOL CROATIA, one of the world's largest manufacturers of white goods - washing machines and dishwashers, refrigerators, hobs and ovens for cooking and baking, and air conditioners, Manpower Croatia is looking for a motivated candidate to fill in the position of Order Desk Specialist (m/f).

Order Desk Specialist (m/f)



  • Zagreb (Av.Većeslava Holjevca 40)

Main responsibilities:

  • Receive sales order (via fax, mail, telephone) and control data accuracy (price, availability, quantity) and adherence to policies checking formal correctness till order release
  • Control data accuracy of the orders (price, availability, quantity) received by trade place, business to business system by sales or trade partner till order release
  • Provide to processing the order blocked or release for commercial condition, customer address or delivery date
  • Manage order processing, from sales order creation into SAP system to delivery number creation
  • Communicate with logistics dept to maximise delivery execution and with demand planner to ensure products availability
  • Communicate with sales force and Trade Partners in order to satisfy customers requests
  • Interact with credit department in order to speed up the orders blocked process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively applying basic problem solving tools and contributing to process continuous improvement by submitting improvement suggestions in his/her area of responsibility
  • Manage and execute HR processes ensuring their implementation for his/her own development
  • Ensure proactiveness in his/her career development
  • Attend training and educational activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, managing the order to delivery in the most effective manner and in line with the Trade policies by Whirlpool

Skills and requirements:

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Familiarity with SAP system
  • Intermediate knowledge (B) of english both written and spoken
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask without losing focus on priorities
  • Comfortable with hybrid and remote work
  • Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
  • Willingness to develop, learn and constantly improve workspace and processes
