As part of the selection and recruitment team, you will work with clients and candidates and focus on understanding both sides: the candidate's wishes and the client's needs.

  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow, Github, and Linkedin
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Selection of candidates, an active search of available databases, review of candidate applications for published advertisements
  • Interviewing and/or testing candidates and preparing written evaluations and recommendations of selected candidates and referring them to the client
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Constant communication with clients, partners, and candidates for feedback and updates
  • Coordinate with the IT team to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Keep up to date with new technological trends and products


  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, online, and F2F)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and any other foreign language is an advantage)
  • English language – advanced user in speaking and writing, B2/C1 level
  • Advanced user of MS Office package
  • Knowledge of database search and work in ATS systems
  • Orientation towards achieving results, independence, and dedication in work
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same more similar jobs
