TPM Coordinator (m/f/o)

Key responsibilities:
- Leading with the SC Managers the production and logistics losses eradication and improving efficiency of our processes, especially focused on shopfloor excellence:
- reducing energy & water consumption
- reducing production materials losses & breakages
- reducing quality complaints
- improving line efficiency
- Fostering a zero loss culture and improvement initiatives in brewery:
- supporting in depth analyses of performance indicators and identifying losses and failure modes
- applying the right Continuous Improvements (TPM) tools to eradicate the losses and the failure modes
- horizontally expanding solutions to all the departments
- performing trainings for all SC teams on continuous improvement
- leading & supporting multidisciplinary improvement teams
- Organising internal and external meetings, audits, visits and events related to continuous improvement
- Exchanging experiences and practices with HEINEKEN brewery’s network
Skills required:
- Owner of a university degree in engineering or process technology
- Experience (>5 years) in manufacturing environment with shopfloor responsibilities in either production or maintenance
- Experience in leading teams (desired)
- Open minded, analytical and willing to learn and improve
- Strong in communication & socializing
- Experience in continuous improvement tools
- Willing to travel from time to time outside of Croatia
- Driving license and MS Office skills and proficiency in English language are required.
