IT Business Solutions Professional (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
- Representation of headquarters’ department “Business Solutions”
- 1st and 2nd level support including incident and change management tasks
- Training and Consulting services for local (Key) Users
- Error Analysis including ABAP code debugging
- Elementary system administration tasks
Your profile:
- Relevant educational background
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international environment
- Good knowledge of English and MS Office, SAP and German knowledge an advantage
- Strong willingness to acquire a deep understanding of FACC’s business processes to support related digitization targets
- Wide technical and process-oriented SAP know-how
- Good understanding of relational databases in terms of data modeling and SQL
- At least entry level knowledge of ABAP and/or professional level knowledge of a similar programming language (e.g. C++, Java, C#)
- Solid knowledge of SAP Application Server administration (Job scheduling, process monitoring, authorizations, …)
