JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Shape our innovation efforts by organizing our global innovation challenges
- Drive projects to improve the circularity of our products. Make a real difference for the environment and for our customers by increasing the recyclability and reusability of our products
- Coordinating group wide sustainability initiatives
- Support and shape our sustainability communication
- Support in obtaining and preparing relevant Sustainability data
- Co-organize our Aluflexpack Innovation Days and selected customer workshops
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Master degree / Bachelor degree (economical, technical)
- Preferably experience in Innovation management (product development, portfolio optimization, product life cycle management, value proposition)
- Preferably experience in FMCG, food, packaging or retail industry
- English C1
- Driving licence
