
Musketeer - Horeca Key Account Specialist (m/f)
LOCATION: ZADAR
"Musketeers" have always been the main volume contributors, trial generators, and sparks for creating kindred spirits in the On Premise environment, such as bars, restaurants, events, clubs, and hospitality. As the face of the brand and the indispensable consultant to their On Premise territory, they are responsible for driving both the current and future distribution and sales of our product portfolio in key accounts. Musketeers plan, develop and execute measures to intensify consumption in existing On Premise locations and identify opportunities to win and activate Key Accounts in new On Premise playgrounds.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players and business partners (including, but not limited to, outlet owners/managers, buyers, F&B managers, bar staff, distribution partners, etc.)
- Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network.
- Deliver excellence with Red Bull's premium brand image in all activity and execution.
- Master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities (accounts, occasions, consumers).
- Develop local customer strategies in line with the national business strategy and create innovative measures in order to achieve your goals.
- Establish P&L for each key account in line with the national strategy and manage internal and external resources (materials, tools, budget) accordingly.
- Negotiate win/win partnership agreements that add value to both the Red Bull business and the customer's business.
- Turn insights into impactful programs to drive sales and leverage Red Bull’s brand image.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- University degree preferred.
- Previous Horeca key account experience with the expansive network in the hospitality, and/or FMCG industry preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes).
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organisational ability.
- Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur.
- Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation, and professional appearance according to audience and scene.
