CRM Specialist (m/f)

Its business network currently counts over 1150 stores in Italy and Slovenia and over 15.000 employees, with the aim of expanding to other countries in the region. What characterizes Eurospin is the fact that it is the only discount store chain in Europe to sell exclusively its own products. In fact, there are no classic brands in Eurospin stores that can be found in any other supermarkets, only products designed and carefully selected by the team of Eurospin experts through the network of selected partners.

We are searching for a motivated, devoted, and reliable person to join their welcoming and forward-thinking team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for resolving all incoming queries, compliments and complaints made by customers
  • Assisting and supporting staff who are first point of contact for customers
  • Suggesting new technologies to be used for customer contact
  • Optimizing and streamlining CRM processes where and when possible
  • Analysing incoming data (queries, compliments and complaints) and reporting to management
  • Communicating and collaborating with other departments relating to customer queries
  • Collaborating with an external agency for social media publications
  • Monitoring and overseeing all social media content published by the external agency


  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree
  • Minimum two years’ experience in CRM, preferably in FMCG
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience with social media and different communication systems
  • Customer-oriented and team player
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools
