HR Business Partner for Supply Chain & Finance Department (m/f/o)

What will you be doing?
Aligning HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs, working closely with management and employees in the brewery, providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues.- Participating in creating and implementing long term and short-term HR strategy
- Advising department managers and participating in employment, development, succession, performance management, compensation and employee engagement initiatives
- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Supporting internal communication and change management activties
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
- Managing personnel costs within the planned business needs
- Lead the process of strategic planning of human resources for the production and logistics part of the organization and continuously improve processes and KPIs

- Thorough knowledge of labour law
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- University Degree (Psychology degree preferred)
- 5 years work experience in HR in production company
- fluent in English
- skilled in MS office
- Driving License
