Project Engineer Automation (m/f)

About the role:
In order to strengthen our organization, ANDRITZ Separation industry is searching for several Project Engineers Automation with the potential and drive to make a career in an exciting international company. Core responsibilities for this role are Project specific engineering (basic / detail and software design), commissioning, and start-up.About you:

Tasks and responsibilities:
- basic and detailed design and engineering of systems or components (in compliance with all contractual requirements as well as applicable external and internal standards)
- basic and detailed engineering in accordance with functional team allocation (basic, detailed, software)
- prepare the information needed and documentation for sub-suppliers, workshops, or purchasing process (bill of materials and detailed specifications)
- create documentation for installation and start-up
- prepare technical calculations needed to achieve the requirements of quality, safety, and legal regulations
- provide progress reports/data to the automation Project Manager
- prepare and collect technical documentation, including “as-built” drawings and operating and maintenance manuals
- perform and compile reports on internal design, system, and manufacturing tests
- conduct tests and inspections of suppliers’ deliveries and documentation
- assist with, or perform commissioning, start-up, and guarantee runs on-site
- collect and create documents for claim management, NCR system, and for improvement projects
Skills:
- knowledge of electrical and automation design for electric and instrument loops and electrical cabinets
- experience with DCS and /or PLC programming
- strong working knowledge of MS Office
- experience with CAE / CAD engineering systems
- experience with PLC Systems (e.g. TIA Portal), HMI Systems
- ERP / SAP skills are beneficial
