For our client we are seeking for a passionate customer-oriented individuals to fill the role of:
French / Italian / Dutch speaking customer reactivation agent (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- communication with inactive or former users (native speakers) of meal kit delivery service in order to reactivate their accounts
- ensure that all inquiries are answered in accordance with set procedures and guidelines
- maintain high customer satisfaction
- document all information according to standard operating procedures
Requirements and skills:
- excellent French, Italian or Dutch knowledge (level C1), both spoken and written
- knowledge of English, written and spoken (for successful participation in training and using internal databases and applications)
- exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer needs
- previous call center experience is an advantage
- work from the office is required
