Customer Service Specialist for Scandinavian Market in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish Language (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- handle daily enquiries with customers (native speakers of Scandinavian languages - Norwegian, Swedish or Danish) via phone call, email or chat
- ensure that all enquiries are answered in accordance with set procedures and guidelines
- maintain high customer satisfaction
- document all information according to standard operating procedures.
Requirements and skills:
- language skills: proficient in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish language (written and spoken)
- exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and customer needs
- previous customer support experience is an advantage
- employer can hire candidates with rights to live an work in Croatia.
