Loss Prevention Coordinator (f/m)
Are you passionate about protecting assets, ensuring a safe environment, and minimizing losses in the retail industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Loss Prevention Coordinator. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to contribute to the security and profitability of our retail operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To coordinate and build vision for loss prevention function for assigned region (Croatia)
- Cooperation and reporting to a central office and management in HQ - Poland
- Identifying and assessing risk categories in the areas of the stores
- Develop internal audit standards, audit techniques and practices
- Ensure proper functioning of the internal control systems
- Creating and implementing internal loss prevention procedures
- Performing audits / monitoring compliance with safety policies and procedures in stores
- Monitoring the implementation of recommendations from audits
- Conduct trainings on the existing rules, procedures and methodologies in loss prevention
- Supervision of safety technology (eg. CCTV)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mobility - readiness to frequent business trip, driver’s license is mandatory
- Experience in Loss Prevention, preferably in retail
- Really good knowing relevant law
- The ease of communication, openness to people
- Creative, out of the box thinking and strong analytical skills
- English language on a very good communicative level
- Proactive attitude in multi- level problem solving and creativity
- Experience in working on a managerial position in the store will be an advantage
