Our team is currently looking for an employee for the position of:

Leasing Manager - Sinsay brand (f/m)

Location: Zagreb


  • Seeking for a real estate locations according to a standards of the company and the brand
  • Management of the existing store portfolio in the assigned region
  • Conducting negotiations on new and existing contracts,
  • Responsible for all internal documentation related to lease procedures
  • Contacting with landlords and agencies, support to the leasing and expansion director in daily activities
  • Records and store documentation of all existing and new contracts for the countries under her/his responsibility
  • Market research for all countries and assistance in negotiating rental agreements
  • Management of lease agreement database management (commercial terms, duration, termination options, etc.)
  • Creation of "lease contract cards"
  • Preparation of presentations for the Board regarding the approval of projects
  • Monitoring the situation regarding each project (opening delays, fines, construction problems, etc.)
  • Database of all projects in the region (existing + new, all materials for the preliminary lease agreement and in case of impossibility of realizing the project, creating a database with all important information about the project)
  • Administrative assistance related to lease agreements


  • at least 1 year of experience at the same or similar job position
  • Excellent English on a professional level
  • Proficiency in MS Office; digital competencies are advantage
  • Driving license
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactivity, self-initiative and professional attitude
  • Personal organization – highly organized with excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Maintaining, refining and possessing the "property mentality"
  • Availability for business trips several times a year in accordance with the needs of the store
  • Tendency to learn and personal development and growth
