Our team is currently looking for an employee for the position of:
Regional Leasing Director - Sinsay brand (f/m)
Location: Zagreb
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Leading a team of lease managers in the assigned region and overseeing their activities (negotiations, site visits, conclusion of lease agreements, review of commercial affairs, review of expansion plans)
- Negotiations on lease agreements and standards with landlords and agencies
- Establishing and managing relationships with landlords and agencies
- Monitoring and analysis of the retail real estate market
- Strategy for the execution of goals
- Realization of departmental goals for the assigned region
- Regular reporting on the results of actions undertaken to the Director of Leasing and Expansion
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- VSS
- at least 3 years of experience at the same or similar job position
- Excellent English on a professional level
- Proficiency in MS office; digital competencies are advantage
- Driving license
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactivity, self-initiative and professional attitude
- Personal organization - highly organized with excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Maintaining, refining and possessing the "property mentality"
- Availability for business trips several times a year in accordance with the needs of the store
- Tendency to learn and personal development and growth
