- Several years’ experience of similar work with passion for service and administration.
- Excellent administration, coordination and collaboration skills.
- Ability to plan, structure and prioritize own workload to ensure efficient service delivery.

Your responsibilities:
You will:
- Plan, prepare and coordinate relevant documentation including TEC claims documentation, as well as maintenance of contract archive.
- Keep track and maintain accounts payable recordings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- In charge of customer/supplier data base and its maintenance.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders; as well as keeping records.
