We are searching for a Reporting Solution Specialist (m/f), based in our Shared Service Center in Zagreb (Croatia) to support our Commercial Finance Department in Munich (Germany).

Reporting Solution Specialist (m/f)

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports and analysis of the business development for the management
  • Support different business teams for having additional analysis possibilities in Power BI by understanding processes and booking procedures in SAP
  • Ongoing data validation of BI data models with ERP source systems
  • Cooperation with BI team for constant improvement and expansion of BI tools and reports
  • Help support the team in creating complex analysis and in sales projects
  • Perform sales, quantity, margin and profitability analysis
  • Create ad-hoc reports
  • Give input and support for creating management presentations
  • Work closely together with our subsidiaries, the sales team and product management
  • Cooperate and collaborate with all teams involved in the sales budget process

You bring along:

  • Successful completion of studies in business administration/business economics
  • Several years professional experience in the controlling/finance and/or business administration area
  • Experienced in the usage and creation of reports in BI systems such as Power BI
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs
  • Knowledge in SAP (SD, FI and CO) and CRM systems
  • Motivated, excellent communication skills and assertiveness
  • Ability to think, act, and work independently with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Well organized, ability to prioritize tasks and keen to taking on responsibility
  • Good and trusting collaboration and teamwork is just as important to you as it is to us
  • Fluent English skills and/or fluent German knowledge round out your profile
