Controlling Specialist (m/f)

Place of work: Zagreb office

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the monthly reporting package towards the management including consolidated Group P&L
  • Monitor and analyze monthly operating results of the international offices against budget and forecast
  • Support of the Budgeting and Forecasting in the international offices
  • Commercial Business Partner for dedicated Regions
  • Maintenance and development of our consolidation and planning tool LucaNet
  • Close collaboration with the Headquarter Controlling department
  • Support of the Local Management team

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a controller in an international company
  • Hands-on approach, flexible and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and strong focus on accuracy of information
  • Experience with ERP, consolidation systems and Microsoft Office
  • Very good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken; German is advantage
