Job description:
By working in operations support, you will have an opportunity to experience a dynamic and exciting world of tourism and hospitality. Your WalQinn experience will include working with Operations and Housekeeping Teams on ensuring that daily tasks are addressed in a timely manner following predefined Standard Operating Procedures. Besides operational tasks, your position will include direct client contact, ensuring that correct products and services are delivered to the right customers. Your role will consist of constant collaboration with our local teams as well as with customers. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Following orders received from City Manager regarding operational support on-field support needed for different teams (Housekeeping and Guest Experience Teams)
- Assisting with logistical and technical problems identified by various departments and providing solutions inside short deadlines
- Receive complains and inquiries from the customer and communicate those effectively to the responsible departments
- Assisting City and Regional Managers with administrative work
- Support in other tasks assigned by managers
- Reporting to the Junior and Senior Management on the assigned tasks
- Using the Company’s software and tools on a daily basis
- Seek ways to improve ways of working, automate processes and system solutions continuously

Requirements:
- Proactive, reliable and responsible person
- Working flexibility (from time to time your responsibilities will include working weekends and after-hours).*your days off will be redistributed for delivered work
- Strong English knowledge (written and spoken), another foreign language is an advantage
- Ability to respect deadlines and follow orders
- Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of communication and organizational technology
- Strong customer focus and service mindset
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow inside the existing structure
- Basic PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience or Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality industry is an advantage

Languages: Croatian (advanced), English (advanced), German (advantage), Chinese (advantage).
