Regional Sales Representative (m/f)

Electus DGS Ltd. is the biggest agency for temporary employment in Croatia.

Our client is the biggest candle producer in Europe with a history going back all the way to 1870., and with over a 1.300 employees at various branches and manufacturing sites all over the continent. Today the company exports to more than 50 countries. They are driven by their passion for creating quality products, which can be seen in every product they make, and now they are searching for an individual that can be driven by that same passion. The salesman will be responsible both for contact in modern trade (large supermarket chains) and traditional (smaller points of sale, HoReCa) markets.

For their needs, we are searching for an energetic, self-driven and well-organized:

Regional Sales Representative (m/f) - Croatia

Responsibilities:

• Building a detailed base of clients
• Maintaining and developing existing and new clients through personal visits, own ideas and planned individual support
• Creating offers
• Planning and managing marketing budgets
• Carrying out market research, benchmarking, customer and competitor analysis
• Drawing short and long term targets
• Carrying out merchandising in key clients
• Participation in building market strategy
• Represent company at possible fairs and other events
• Quarterly reports and visits in company Trade Office in Poznan - Poland – once a year

Requirements:

• Experience in non-food b2b selling
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office application
• Active driving license
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Excellent face-to-face communicator
• Competent at building price offers
• Knowledge of the financial terms e.g. gross margin, net profit, cash flow etc.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to the countries of the region
• Knowledge of Polish, Hungarian or Albanian is not a requirement but would be an additional asset
• Experience in candle or household market is not a requirement, but would be an additional asset
• Result-oriented individual with a positive outlook, self-driven, independent, well-organized, creative and comfortable in dealing with executives
