Opis posla

At Yokogawa, we are looking for a new colleague (f/m) in the position of:

Sales Engineer & Channel Partner for Croatia & Slovenia (contracted) - remote work from anywhere in Croatia/Slovenia.

This is what you are going to do!

You will create and realize accounts, resellers and industry plans. You will visit existing and potential customers and resellers to acquire relevant information on their needs, present Yokogawa capabilities, generate leads and obtain inquiries for Yokogawa products and solutions.

Your main responsibilities are:
- Utilizing sales and technical know-how and developing and deploying sales tactics to provide growth of the sales volume of Yokogawa products and solutions portfolio within the assigned countries
- Promoting the complete Yokogawa Industrial Automation portfolio
- Building key customer relations
- Present the Yokogawa solution to customers and resellers (bid clarification meetings and commercial/negotiation meetings) and close the deal with customers, resulting in successful sales agreement(s), in terms of revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction
- Create, realize and update account and resellers plans in line with customer development
- Obtain RFQs and influence it in such a way that proposed solutions make maximum use of Yokogawa’s standard solutions. Collaborate with support sales team in the creation of quotations
- Prepare strategic selling documents
- Understand, develop and expand (or contribute to) the portfolio management resulting in fit-for-purpose solutions
- Maintain regular contacts with customers and stakeholders, keep track of customer organization and decision makers
- Create a collaborative atmosphere with other subsidiaries and affiliates to win business/project(s) for Yokogawa
- Cooperate within cross-border teams
- Monitor and update CRM. Execute account and sales reporting
- Reporting to the Sales Manager Croatia, Hungary and Slovenia

Uvjeti

We are looking for a colleague with:
- Bachelor or higher level of technical education and more than 8 years of work experience OR academic level and 3-5 years of work experience in the field of industrial automation in relevant industries (energy or/and pharma, or/and chemical, or/and renewables, or/and oil & gas or/and etc.)
- Understand the mix of a resellers’ market and own salesperson
- Analytical mindset, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
- Customer orientation
- Proactivity, high level of energy and self-drive
- Capability to learn quicky and adapt to the ever-changing technology & environment
- Experienced user of MS Office applications, CRM, etc.
- Native Croatian and/or Slovenian language and fluent in English (writing, speaking and technical terminology)
