Senior Recruitment Consultant (m/f)

The Position

To achieve further growth, Smart Group is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who will support clients in identifying and attracting ambitious professionals who will make a difference within an organization. You can estimate whether the candidate will excel within an organization and whether he/she will fit within the corporate culture.

You are responsible for the buildup, development, and clients and assignments portfolio management. Moreover, you take care of the planning, coordination, recruitment and search assignments execution. You act as a sparring partner for clients - often at the management level - and advise them which search strategy best fits the organization and position to be filled.

You also make an important contribution to optimizing the work processes within Smart Group and work closely with the other Senior Recruitment Consultants. In all the work you have the quality of execution high on the list.

The Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a Master’s degree and more than 8 years of professional experience in business, management, sales, or human resources. An experience in recruitment projects for specialist or management positions in Croatia and/or the region is a plus.
