Opis posla

Claims Administrator (m/ž) with knowledge of English and German language.

Job description:
- Communication with foreign tax administrations
- Contacting suppliers and requesting corrections of the invoice
- Contacting clients in relation to various issues including documentation, VAT office requests and general VAT issues
- Performing other tasks ordered by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with nature

Uvjeti

Education level:
- High school 4 years
- Higher or first degree

Work experience: 1 year

Languages:
- Excellent knowledge of English is a must, both written and spoken B2/C1
- Excellent knowledge of German in speech and writing is also a must B2/ C1
- Same will be tested in a job interview, and knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage

Prerequisites:
- It is desirable that the candidate has experience in the field of VAT but is not a requirement
- Ability to work tight deadlines
- MS Office skills
