YOUR ROLE

• Develop and execute brand strategy / communication and define investment / media strategy in cooperation with Team leader
• Provide local strategic direction in key focus areas to drive profitable growth
• Launch / Relaunch management (Innovations management)
• Achieve sales & marketing plans and implement business models incl. portfolio mgmt., harmonization and consolidation
• Developing and constantly improving knowledge of trademarks, following competition, developing responding activities, communicating and presenting ideas
• Trade marketing, including strong support for sales activities
• Marketing budget planning and monitoring

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree - Preferably university degree in business related fields
• 1-5 years of working experience, ideally marketing in construction/FMCG
• Very high degree of competence using Microsoft Office package
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Precision in work, analytical and strategic thinking, with the exceptional planning, organizational and numerical skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Competent in multitasking and handling complex issues
• Flexible, self-motivated person, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and with all levels of internal management and staff
• Ability to perform well within a team
