You will be supporting planning, monitoring, and optimizing distribution related operations and execution aligning them with PM business needs.
We are offering a full-time employment with permanent employment contract. Location of work is Zagreb.
Your ‘day to day’
As a Distribution Executive you will be:- Supporting process of optimal stock planning at all levels of distribution chain, including closely monitoring and collaborating with distributor in the events of new product initiatives, changes, delisting and product shortages.
- Monitoring stock levels, product portfolio and product replenishment system to ensure product availability objectives.
- Supporting distribution system modelling to ensure optimal results.
- Coordinating inputs for demand planning process, supporting accurate sales forecasts.
- Ensuring optimal stock management at all levels of distribution chain.
- Monitoring critical distribution metrics and recommending changes and areas of improvement.
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationship with business partners, based on mutual understanding and trust.
- Monitoring daily distribution performance and achievement of Key Performance Indicators.
Who we're looking for
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 year of experience in distribution or other analytical roles will be considered a plus
- Highly developed analytical skills with attention to details
- Proficient Excel user
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Customer oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Croatian
- Driving license
