Navigare Yachting employs one French speaking person (m/f) to work in the reservation department at the booking office in Zagreb in Yacht charter company with the following job descriptions:
- Contacts with foreign and domestic agents and direct parties
- Visiting fairs at home and abroad
- Visiting bases
- Marketing activities related to the sale of the employer's services
- Handling reservations within back office systems
- Calculating prices
- Forecasting revenue streams
- Direct sales
- Following the competition
- Office administrative work
- Following payments
- Participation in charter organisation work

Requirements:
- Knowledge of Swedish and English language
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role preferably in the travel industry
- Good understanding and interest in analysis and optimization of traffic, conversions, customer acquisition
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowing business and trends in charter is an advantage but not a requirement
- Ability to work in the team
- Outcome orientation and pronounced pro-activity

Professional qualification: High school, Bachelor's degree

Years of work experience: 1-3

Languages: English (level vocal - excellent, level written - excellent), Sweden (level vocal - excellent, level written - excellent)

Driving category: B
