Zagreb, Varaždin and growing since 2015, we have been successfully accompanying organisations, companies, and brands in Croatia in their digital transformation. We opened our first office in Varaždin, then we opened another one in Zagreb. As our team continues to grow, another Croatian location will be opened in 2023.

At a total of 13 studios in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Croatia, 1,200+ curious, open-minded and professionally fit people contribute to customer success as part of the IBM iX agency family. With a passion for design, technology and combined strength with IBM, the interdisciplinary teams successfully master the challenges of a wide range of industries.

Step 1
Apply.

We are consultancy, digital agency, design studio and tech company all rolled into one. We offer digital transformation from a single source. With our broad skillset consisting of strategy, design, and technology we develop end2end experiences – whether it be B2B, B2C, B2E, marketing, IT, sales or services, corporate or public sector.
Step 2
Let's get to know each other.

You may receive an invitation to an initial call with one of our recruitment consultants, depending on your CV and the position you are applying for. Certain positions require a coding assessment prior to the interview. Sometimes we might call you without an appointment, providing you can take our call. It is the perfect opportunity to clarify any questions and briefly get to know each other. This conversation usually lasts between 15-30 minutes.
Step 3
Let’s focus on skills.

This is the first subject-oriented conversation where you will learn more about role-specific issues and considerations. Use the conversation to give us greater insights into your previous experiences and skills. How can you get involved in our team? Above all, we await your knowledge in the area of business or technology that interests you. You are also welcomed to prepare and ask us your questions. This conversation typically lasts around 30-60 minutes.
Step 4
Show us your talent.

In some cases, we would like to give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills to us through a practical task appropriate to the requirements of the advertised job or position. This could be, for example, a coding assessment or a presentation.
Step 5
Let’s focus on skills & culture.

In this step, you will meet your potential line management and other experts from our teams. Feel free to ask questions you have been unable to ask in the process so far. The aim is to understand better our culture and how we work. This interview usually takes a bit longer than the previous ones, so make sure you allow around 60-90 minutes of your time.
