Application maintenance Analyst (m/f)

Zagreb

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Prioritisation of system bugs and incidents
- Functional testing of current systems in use
- Communication with technical stakeholders about system bugs and incidents
- Establish relationship with stakeholders in order to translate needs/ideas into tasks
- Suggest solutions to ensure high quality user satisfaction
- Analyzing and approving of submitted work tasks
- Manual system administration

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Able to write technical documents in clear English
- Basic understanding of database principles and SQL
- Understanding of agile and waterfall development lifecycle
- Ability to understand business processes and data flows is a plus
- Basic understanding of web development technologies is a plus
- Project management tools knowledge (Asana, Trello, Jira, …) is preferred
- Clear communicator & team player
