Currently we are looking for candidates for this new vacancy:
TACTICAL RESPONSE MANAGER for VERIZON (OSTRAVA/PRAGUE)
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing activities supporting normal process and procedure relevant to customer infrastructure management
- Exceptional activities of incident and crisis management
- Daily performance management of the shift staff including coaching and mentoring as well as counselling in cooperation with direct line managers, for attendance and performance issues as well as the documentation of these activities
- Routine shift tasks: Immediate Shift Staffing, Change Calendar management, SLA management, Incident ticket management, monitoring management, CAB, Bridge Calls.
- Monitor and support overall status of all Support systems, tools, facilities and supplies for the shift.
- Documentation and Communication including Shift Team Meetings, Alert monitoring message, CNR update messages, and follow up on other reports as needed.
- Shift Continuity Communication including Shift Turnover calls, Change Turnover Calls and Turnover Message
- Identifying on-going training needs including training for key roles as well as certifications such as Equilend and the Platinum Support Center
Key requirements and competencies:
- English language – fluent (B2/C1) – everyday communication (written/spoken).
- College degree or equivalent (a-level or diploma).
- At least 5 years project experience with focus in the areas of Telecommunications Engineering, Network, Cloud environment
- Previous hands-on experience with operation
- Overview of processes/ IT environment - ITIL
- Excellent problem solving skills (A to Z).
- Ability to change direction as needed.
- Technical and project management skills
- Experience in management of international / global projects / networks or similar role (e.g. Delivery Management)
