Project manager (m/f)
The opportunity
You will be working individually or as part of project teams responsible for delivering consulting projects for a variety of public and private sector clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- End to end ownership of the project management (Client relationship, Team management, Project planning and execution) with capacity to proactively work on business development
- Support the senior leaders with business development by contributing to proposals, drafting presentation materials, supporting research and attending client meeting
- Creatively contributes to various aspects of internal and external business affairs
- Carrying out research and analyses
- Working collaboratively with clients to identify business issues and their root causes
- Designing innovative solutions
- Supporting the delivery of consulting projects
- Providing support on all parts of the project lifecycle (strategy, design, implementation, post-implementation)
- Participates and prepares regional or global publications in collaboration with other Horwath HTL offices or experts
- Delivering quality business outcomes in complex client environments
- Being an active participant in the continued growth of the SEE Team
Ideal skills and competences
- Experience in leading projects or complex work streams
- Ability to move the client to action,; develop a plan to implement the strategic recommendations and; manage the execution
- 3 year of relevant working experience (preferable with another reputable consulting firm)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to build client relationships
- Experience working across multiple projects and prioritizing competing deadlines
- Ability to be a mentor to junior team members
- Flexible, adaptive approach and an ability to deliver outcomes autonomously and as a member of a collaborative team
- Ability to analyse complex business issues and/ or opportunities, justify the need for change and recommend business solutions to deliver targeted business outcomes and measurable improvements.
- Develops professional long-term relationships with clients
- Excellent core consulting skills, including facilitation, negotiation and influencing
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish a rapport with clients and team members
- Pragmatic thinker and problem solver
- Fluency in Croatian and English is mandatory
- Proactive, curious and innovative approach
- University degree
- General understanding of tourism, hospitality and leisure industry
