Medical representative (m/f) – Croatia

Responsibilities:

• Products promoting and selling to existing and prospective customers through relationship based approach
• Developing and maintaining relationship with distributors
• Active participation in tender management process and maintaining tender database
• Leading dedicated distributor sales force via regular reporting
• Participation in trade shows and conferences
• Creating customer value plan and highlighting opportunities
• Supporting management with oral and written reports on achieved results, customer needs, problems, interest, competitor activities and generating pool of new leads
• Increasing responsibility for other growth programs

Requirements:

• Medical background (medical nurse, medical technician)
• Knowledge and understanding of healthcare and hospital market in Croatia
• Active knowledge of English language
• Driving license B category
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Readiness for frequent travelling and field work
• Presentation skills, marketing and sales orientation
• High communication, negotiation skills, motivation and positive attitude
• Initiative, flexible, dynamic person with high sense of integrity and honesty
