We are looking for a unicorn – full stack business developer(s) to whom customers are no.1 priority and also like to eat a lot of lamb and other types of food that usually provide good sales results.
Responsibilities
- Research and segmentation of potential customers (B2G, B2B) and partners
- Establishing connection with potential customers and partners (mail, phone)
- Building and maintaining connections with customers and partners
- Going on meetings, negotiating prices and delivery time
- Having breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, party, after-part with partners and clients ...
- Monitoring and creating reports about competition and their results
- Work closely with other team members from sales, as well as with marketing, R&D and production
- Proposing new sales ideas and potential customers
- Administrative work - reporting, maintaining databases, invoicing and payable management
- Prepare regular reports for management using previously defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and explanations using field experiences
- Crisis management - ability to react to the various problems and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior to create a long-lasting relationship
Requirements
- Excellent verbal & written communication in French
- Previous successful experiences as a sales developer (5+ years)
- Great interpersonal skills, ability to convince
- High level of responsibility, proactivity and self-reliance
- Excellent level of proficiency with MS Office
- Team player
- B category driving license
Considered as advantage
- Knowledge of another European language
- Sales experience with B2G market (selling outdoor equipment)
