Pharmacovigilance (PV) Network Coordinator (m/f)
The PV Network Coordinator will be a part of our PV Network team and responsible for ensuring the team’s smooth daily operation.
The PV Network Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Project management and communication with clients
- Support and guidance to local contact person for pharmacovigilance (LCPPVs/Partners)
- Local literature monitoring: collection and revision of Partner’s reports, compilation, review and distribution of Monthly Reports
- Collection and maintenance of an up-to-date overview of legislative requirements and changes
- Review and maintenance of Partners’ CVs, job descriptions, training records, contact details
- Tracking and review of Partners’ key performance indicators
- Training management and organization, E-learning system administrator
- Maintenance of PV Network Basecamp and Backpack pages, Basecamp administrator
- Administrative support
We expect:
- Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet tools)
- Organization skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
- Management skills, including time and issue management
- Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance activities
- Willingness to work in an international matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork
